At its simplest, The Goodwill Network turns spoken deals into signed ones. You create an agreement in minutes, the other side signs it from an email, and the invoice, the payment tracking and the reputation you both build all follow from that same deal. It is built for India throughout: GST worked out correctly, the TDS section named, and every agreement executed under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Underneath that, it is a standard. Freelance work here runs on trust with nothing holding it up, so we are building the structure it has been missing: written terms as ordinary practice, compliant paperwork by default, and a Goodwill Score that makes reliability visible to both sides. The producer side is deliberately built around the way advertising production runs, because that is where crew are hired at scale. Nothing about the agreements, the invoices or the Goodwill Score is specific to one industry.
Yes. Once both sides sign, it is a contract, executed electronically under the Information Technology Act, 2000, on legally vetted clauses. And unlike a promise made on a call or buried in a chat, it comes with proof. The exact document is fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash, so any change is detectable. Signers who are not members verify with a one-time password sent to their email; members sign from their own login. A timestamped signing certificate recording who signed, how and when is attached to the final PDF, and both sides get the same copy the moment it is signed. It takes minutes to send, and the other side signs from any email, no account needed.
No, never. They receive a link, read the agreement, and sign with a one-time password sent to their email. No signup, no app, nothing to pay. The whole deal runs end to end even if only one of you is on The Goodwill Network.
You will have what most people never do: signed terms, an invoice trail and a timestamped audit certificate. That lets you act early rather than argue later, with a formal notice citing the actual terms and any late fees running from a date both sides agreed. Dispute reporting is built into the platform, and Legal Help Access puts you in touch with independent law firms who handle these matters. You engage them directly, their fees are their own, and The Goodwill Network takes nothing from it.
